I ordered 3 shadow boxes that I was going to give as Christmas presents. The quality of the frames themselves were fantastic, I was very happy with them. Unfortunately they sent the wrong foam core backing (I ordered black, but they sent white) so I had to spend another $16 on Amazon to purchase the correct colour. I tried to reach out to them via phone call numerous times, but nobody ever answered. I even left a voice mail and nobody got back to me. Overall, happy with frames, but hard to contact them if issues arise.

Just wanted to let your company know how impressed my husband and I were with your quality. We received our 24X36 (i think it was) wedding portrait and were so overwhelmed with how great the product looked (much better than the original photo) as well as the quickness it came. We will definitely be ordering more photos from you in the future.

Thank you sooooooo much COC. I was a bit nervous about this but when it arrived the print was absolutely beautiful. My daughter is going to love it for her college graduation gift.
