I could not imagine any better service than I have received. My request for quote was acted on, my order received and acknowledged and payment received all on a Sunday afternoon. Shipment was free and the materials arrived extremely well packed. Product was excellent quality and order completed as requested. I would highly recommend Vancouver On Canvas for framing materials. Quick turn around time ordered on Dec 14th, received an email to clarify info on the 15th (happy to receive email as I was unsure about size so this communication put my mind at ease) and received email stating it was in transit with Canada Post the next day. Received delivery on Dec 21st. Very pleased with product.
