I ordered two enlargements from CanadaOnCanvas for a special showing I was having. When they arrived I noticed that one had a small scratch on it. When I contacted them about the problem, they not only agreed to reprint it for me, but sent it to me by FedEx at their cost so that I would get it in time for the show. Thank you for the frame, which arrived safely here yesterday. I was pleased with both the construction and looks of the frame, as well as the sturdiness of the shipping materials used. The coated hanging wire in the hardware pack is an especially nice touch.

I was holding on to a few prints from my travels to SE Asia. I was nervous about sending them all away to get stretched but it was so worth it! My canvases came back looking great. I can tell that there was careful attention put into each one. I was also impressed with the contact I had with the company regarding shipping information.
