I ordered a photo of my daughters edited in to Pop art and I am thrilled with the results. I must add that the person I was dealing with (Kathleen) was so patient and accommodating that I tried to look up her last name through your company website so I could send a personal thank you note to your office in Vancouver. Her demeanor was fantastic, despite my numerous requests for changes/additions, and the final result was a exactly what I had in mind. My order was shipped out today and I can\'t wait to see it. We are so pleased with our art and our experience. After ordering several plaque mounted prints, they arrived damaged and we were very impressed by the professional and caring way the issue was resolved. I have received my canvas art picture from your studio and I am very pleased with the results. The print was meant as a Christmas gift for my wife, but she was the one who found the fedex package and to my dismay, your company had taped an invoice sheet to the OUTSIDE of the shipping box with a description of the item and a thumbnail picture of the print. So much for surprises. :(
I liked the quality of the work and will be ordering again - also as a gift. I would recommend that you revisit your invoice slip policies to avoid this type of customer frustration in the future.
