The effect is so realistic you feel you can reach out and touch the image as if you are in the photo. Price is the best on the web and the shipping was free. It was packed very well. I ordered a floating frame the end of March and it was not shipped until May 5th. It arrived last Monday and it does not have any of the hardware to attach the canvas to the frame. Should that have been included with the frame? And if so, could it be sent to me now?
