The canvas arrived and is in the school. I cannot thank you enough for working with me on this, and you are my "go to" for all future projects of this size. I'll be sure to save all of my future cellphone pictures as large files! You've been accommodating and so easy to work with (and encouraging, when I thought this would never happen). I have received my canvas art picture from your studio and I am very pleased with the results. The print was meant as a Christmas gift for my wife, but she was the one who found the fedex package and to my dismay, your company had taped an invoice sheet to the OUTSIDE of the shipping box with a description of the item and a thumbnail picture of the print. So much for surprises. :(
I liked the quality of the work and will be ordering again - also as a gift. I would recommend that you revisit your invoice slip policies to avoid this type of customer frustration in the future.
