Everything went well. but I was under the impression, that because of the web site title, you were a local company. Very disappointed that our canvas is actually coming from BC and not Ottawa, since I usually try to deal with a local company if possible.

Shipment of cradled panels arrived quickly and well-packaged. Keen is the only provider of these panels that had the size (16x24) that I wanted. Can\'t wait to use them.

Just wanted to drop a quick message about how happy I am about the quality of the product I received and also the incredible service. I had originally ordered a product I later realized wasn't what I wanted so I had phoned and the clear communication and prompt help allowed the proper changes be made.
