I'm glad to report that I've just received the order, and the frames are just as gorgeous as I was hoping they'd be when browsing online! I will do another order with you guys soon for slightly larger frames!

It appears that technicians who did the work took special care to ensure the best detail and color range. The quality of the color ranges, especially the white on the wave tips, is fantastic. I am not happy with your service. On April 17. I was miss-leaded by your information to assume that the regular delivery time was 5 days, and I gave 20% extra $ to have my frame in 2 days. When I tracked the package, the expected delivery day was April 29. I missed my deadlines because of that. I expect to get my 33$ for \'speedy delivery\' back.
You may be loosing big orders from me. This was a test order. Also, the marked weight on the parcel was 2x more than reality (hence the larger amount for delivery then promised by your Web-page?) Very negative experience.

Terrible! I ordered all silver frames and 7 business days later I got all gold. My show opens on Thursday evening, and I don\'t have frames for 3 paintings.
