My custom sized wood panels came flawlessly and perfectly cut and assembled. And unlike others who will make custom wood panels online, USAOnCanvas guaranteed my panels would not be damaged in shipping — and if they were, they would take care of replacing them. Very happy with my order and I will be ordering more!

I received my order and it looks great. However, I am very concerned about future orders. The order arrived with the box busted open, the photo was hanging out with the protective covers off as well. Surprisingly there was no damage to the wood print but I don\'t know if I would trust your shipping in the future. This was for a gallery exhibit.

I received the four linen liners I ordered a few weeks ago. Thank you. They were just as I had asked for and shipped in a timely fashion. Only one issue - LL487 - White with Gold Lip - there was some damage to the frame (small nick in the white part as well as the gold) that was repaired. I was somewhat disappointed with that as I expected to see flawless work. This will show. I will not be sending it back but just wanted to let you know that professionalism is important. I can send a photo if you need to see it.
