Wasn\'t sure if I would be getting the proper attention as a \'regular\' customer, as I was using the LivingSocial coupon, but turns out that there was nothing to fear.
My questions (sent in by email) were answered promptly and informatively. Ordering on-line was straight forward. Got a very friendly phone call to follow up on payment. Turn around time and deliver was amazingly quick. And to top it off, I am blown away at the final product. I absolutely love it! This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps.
