I am extremely disappointed in the mug you produced. I ordered the 15 oz mug as shown on your website, but that is not what I received. In fact, I measured the liquid capacity, and it\'s 13.5 oz, not 15 oz. In addition, the background of the artwork I sent was white, but the final product has tiny pink and purple dots all over it. I will never be using your company again.

I ordered two enlargements from CanadaOnCanvas for a special showing I was having. When they arrived I noticed that one had a small scratch on it. When I contacted them about the problem, they not only agreed to reprint it for me, but sent it to me by FedEx at their cost so that I would get it in time for the show. The picture was wonderful it arrived in perfect condition. only problem was when I checked the waybill with greyhound, it stated that it could not be found. Gave me some concern there might be a problem. Turned out there was no problem, just an error on tracking. Thanks for the good work!
