Just a quick note to say how impressed I am with the quality I receive for each and every order through your company. I\'m very happy with my most recent Aluminum Metal Print and the Plexi Face Mount. They both turned out with exceptional, true color. My only negative feedback is that you don\'t seem to offer special discounts for loyal customers who have placed several orders with you. A discount coupon shipped out with my current order would go a long way to ensure that my NEXT order is with you. Price still matters to my customers...

Not particularly happy with what I received. The matte was the exact size of the photograph who\'s dimensions I entered. Usually there\'s 1/8\" allowance so that the matte slightly overlaps the edges of the photo. In this case, there is none. Kind of sucks and looks bad.

I just wanted to express my frustration with my order and service from last month. I ordered floating frames because I had some canvases I wanted to put between two pieces of glass to display and my online research showed that's what they were called. When my order arrived I was surprised to find that floating frames means something else on this website and of course I couldn't return them. So I was out $300. I also didn't receive all of the pieces to hang the other regular frames I had ordered and when I called, the woman on the phone didn't believe me at first and then never sent the supplies she promised. I bought them at Loews last week. I've worked with several online frame shops the last few years but this has been the worst experience.
