Plauqe mounting issue
My plaque mount has mounting issues. I will send a photo of the crease.

This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps. It was my first time ordering from KeenART, so I was apprehensive. However, they did a great job. I sent in posters to be mounted and the process was easy and the turnaround was reasonable. The mounted posters look great! They were packaged very well to protect them also. I am very pleased.
