I ordered a photo of my daughters edited in to Pop art and I am thrilled with the results. I must add that the person I was dealing with (Kathleen) was so patient and accommodating that I tried to look up her last name through your company website so I could send a personal thank you note to your office in Vancouver. Her demeanor was fantastic, despite my numerous requests for changes/additions, and the final result was a exactly what I had in mind. My order was shipped out today and I can\'t wait to see it. I am thrilled with my two frames (with liners) for a variety of reasons: (1) Website was very well organized and easy to use. (I used other similar websites but they resulted in frustration and/or confusion or I was unable to customize my order; (2) assembling the final products was super easy to do and everything fit beautifully; (3) all necessary parts were included and (4) it is clear that everything is of high quality, right down down to the picture hangers. While it took a couple of weeks to receive the frames and they are a tad pricey, I highly recommend this company. Thank you!
