This was not due to a our error. This poster had very bad water or moisture damage to the it. So where the image has been damp or wet the paper shrinks and will not lay flat (you can notice this by rubbing your hand over the poster and it does not lay flat. Therefore when we laminate and drymount the print to the MDF wood the area where the poster has been moisture damaged will crease. Unfortunately we get a lot of these damaged prints sent to us every week as it is a cheap way to have it protected. I hope this helps. I ordered a 30x20 Canvas that ended up taking 3 and a half weeks to get printed and shipped to my home. The turn out looks fantastic except for 1 small white spot in a darker portion of the image that\'s impossible not to notice. Sadly it looks like the machine or however it\'s made missed printing a small pixel or something on the canvas.
