I recently ordered what I thought was a rustic walnut frame for some art. Expecting actual walnut as described but what was in fact pine or some other cheap wood painted brown distressed and cheap looking. Not at all happy

They were apologetic and immediately corrected the order with no problem. Their personal attention and speedy response was incredible.
