Susan, | My online dealing with you is good However , I am not impressed with your courier CanPar. I would suggest you find someone new . Their tracking system told me I was suppose to get the parcel by end of the day yesterday and I have received nothing . I went online to find out where it is and all they say is that maybe today or tomorrow and yet their system says it is being held in Nanaimo?rnI looked them up online and they seem to have consistent BAD reviews rnI am now wondering where the parcel really is ?

quality is excellent, | not happy Quality is a bit questionable - didn\'t even come with a stand to put it on the table even though it\'s a very small frame. I had to use tape to attach the back - not even any clips!! Glass would be better than plexiglass. Also the shipping charge of $19 is so high for such a small item.
