I ordered a Standard Plaque Mount and they shipped me a FLOAT MOUNT. I called to talk to them about returning for a refund. The Manager (Azda of which I could not hardly understand) said I had to pay for the shipping back to them and they would not refund till they received their mess up back. I am a little preturbed about this considering IT\\\'S THEIR SCREW UP! I am NOT saticfied AT ALL!

Just wanted to drop a quick message about how happy I am about the quality of the product I received and also the incredible service. I had originally ordered a product I later realized wasn't what I wanted so I had phoned and the clear communication and prompt help allowed the proper changes be made. I received the copy of my painting today and I am very happy with how it turned out. The colors were very true to the picture and the resin looks great! Thank you for a great job.
