I ordered 12 frames middle of July. One was delivered on July 25th but the other 11 are still not here three weeks later. The delivery time is not worth the savings and there has been no communication in the meantime, so no idea what\'s going on. Not happy

Lala Abaas, | appreciate it I just wanted to drop in and say that I received the frames yesterday and I appreciate you fitting the stretcher bars in the frame for me. I am working on a pilot project and if it works out, I'll be ordering more frames and looking at getting a Pro Account with you.
Harddy, | Not happy I am not happy with your service. On April 17. I was miss-leaded by your information to assume that the regular delivery time was 5 days, and I gave 20% extra $ to have my frame in 2 days. When I tracked the package, the expected delivery day was April 29. I missed my deadlines because of that. I expect to get my 33$ for \'speedy delivery\' back.
You may be loosing big orders from me. This was a test order. Also, the marked weight on the parcel was 2x more than reality (hence the larger amount for delivery then promised by your Web-page?) Very negative experience.
