Terrible! I ordered all silver frames and 7 business days later I got all gold. My show opens on Thursday evening, and I don\'t have frames for 3 paintings.

I had been searching for paintings of my favourite mountains where my husband and I travel each year, and could not find anything I liked in any gallery anywhere, local or distant. I sent two photos to KeenART to be made into oil paintings and they are not only better than I had hoped for, but they are also better than anything I saw in high end galleries. Thank you. I have used Canada on Canvas as my primary site for almost all of my enlargements over a number of years. Always good quality quick service. I am however disappointed in my last experience. I had inquired after 3 weeks (on a Friday morning) if my order was on the way. It wasn\'t but was assured it would be ready and sent by Monday, it wasn\'t and finally shipped on Wednesday evening. I have now waited 6 days for the delivery and had to track down the package myself to find that it would still be some time, I am assuming because I live in a rural area. It has been 29 days since I sent in the order. I understand that Covid has affected many business and expected some hiccups but must admit I am very disappointed.
