No instructions
I am so happy with the 3 picture frames I ordered. I was a little leery because I measured myself and ordered online so I wasn’t sure if everything would work out OK but it was excellent! The only thing that I found was it did not include instructions on how to use all the mounting brackets that it came with and how to properly attach it to the picture frame.

We received our 24X36 (i think it was) wedding portrait and were so overwhelmed with how great the product looked (much better than the original photo) as well as the quickness it came. Not particularly happy with what I received. The matte was the exact size of the photograph who\'s dimensions I entered. Usually there\'s 1/8\" allowance so that the matte slightly overlaps the edges of the photo. In this case, there is none. Kind of sucks and looks bad.
