I am thrilled with the custom white floater frame I ordered! Finally, an arts and frames resource that maintains excellent quality from order to framing!! It arrived in perfect condition thanks to top notch packaging. All hardware included was of the highest quality and compactly bagged. I was excited when the frame arrived earlier than the date promised, but disappointed to find it broken at two joints. From the look of it there is only a dab of glue holding the pieces together. Also there were a few dents in the wood. We are going to reglue the sides and add some L brackets to reinforce. The frame was close to 300.00 .....I should not have to do this.
