Terrible! I ordered all silver frames and 7 business days later I got all gold. My show opens on Thursday evening, and I don\'t have frames for 3 paintings.
David Tycho, | I ordered a floating frame the end of March and it was not shipped until May 5th. It arrived last Monday and it does not have any of the hardware to attach the canvas to the frame. Should that have been included with the frame? And if so, could it be sent to me now?
