I have received a few emails asking me to comment on your product and service, but I can't seem to find them now. I waited to respond until I had my painting in hand, and actually installed it in the frame. Now that I've framed it, I can supply the following comments and findings:

1. the ordering process was easy
2. the price was good
3. the delivery was great.....the product arrived intact in a few weeks
4. I loved the frame!! It was exactly as I expected it to look, and it looks great on my painting!
5. I found that the return piece on the frame back was a little skimpy, resulting in a slight gap between the painting and the frame back. This probably won't be noticeable to anyone looking, but it would have been an advantage to have a bit more frame on the back side, to make sure the wall behind isn't seen in that crack.
I was overall pleased with this experience, and will likely order again.

Deeply dissatisfied.
Hello: Iā€™m sending you this message to express my disappointment in the two custom-made picture frames I received today which made up my order. First of all I indicated in the note section for each frame that I wanted to be able to either hang my frame on the wall or simply place it standing up on a table and asked that a back for these purposes be included with each frame. I did not receive anything close to what I requested, in fact nothing close. As a result I now have two frames in my possession with no back for either which will allow or permit me to stand my frame or frames up on a table or a mantle. Secondly, the two Styrofoam or foam backs which accompanied each frame is not near thick enough to be flush with the top, sides or bottom parts of either frame. As a result it looks as though I will have to insert something to fill in the space to enable to foam back to come flush with the frame itself. Lastly it looks as though I received some hardware to be able to hang the frame on a wall but no picture wire accompanied the hardware for this particular purpose. Deeply dissatisfied.
