impressive quality but...
Overall the quality of my print was impressive, however there are a few small areas that have white marks where the gloss adhered to the backing of the canvas as it was rolled for shipping. I suspect this was due to haste and do not fault keenart entirely for their eagerness to ship my order although as the image is now I am reluctant to hang it on the wall. There is also a scratch approximately 3cm on the right side of the image that is rather unsightly.

Just wanted to drop you a quick note - the floater frames arrived and they are just perfect! Thank you so much for re-doing them! Think you all might have added some extra packaging around them in the box - that seemed to be extra great too as they were really well cushioned. Thanks again, am really happy - they're the perfect finish to my art!

I was excited when the frame arrived earlier than the date promised, but disappointed to find it broken at two joints. From the look of it there is only a dab of glue holding the pieces together. Also there were a few dents in the wood. We are going to reglue the sides and add some L brackets to reinforce. The frame was close to 300.00 .....I should not have to do this.
