I ordered a photo of my daughters edited in to Pop art and I am thrilled with the results. I must add that the person I was dealing with (Kathleen) was so patient and accommodating that I tried to look up her last name through your company website so I could send a personal thank you note to your office in Vancouver. Her demeanor was fantastic, despite my numerous requests for changes/additions, and the final result was a exactly what I had in mind. My order was shipped out today and I can\'t wait to see it. Ordered a gallery wrap print on 1st October. I am based in London and needed the print to go to a friend\'s gallery in New York - hence choosing this printer. It\'s only just been printed and is now not going to reach it\'s destination for another week - a week late. Follow up emails got no response and ended up having to phone from the UK. It would have been quicker to have it printed in the UK and shipped from here. Really wished I hadn\'t used this service.
