Customer Testimonials & Feedbacks: |
Not Happy I have used Canada on Canvas as my primary site for almost all of my enlargements over a number of years. Always good quality quick service. I am however disappointed in my last experience. I had inquired after 3 weeks (on a Friday morning) if my order was on the way. It wasn\'t but was assured it would be ready and sent by Monday, it wasn\'t and finally shipped on Wednesday evening. I have now waited 6 days for the delivery and had to track down the package myself to find that it would still be some time, I am assuming because I live in a rural area. It has been 29 days since I sent in the order. I understand that Covid has affected many business and expected some hiccups but must admit I am very disappointed.
Nelson L., | I absolutely love it. I ordered a collage on canvas received the shipment this week. I absolutely love it. Design is very creative the assistance I received throughout the process was attentive helpful. Would definitely recommend using this service!
Lori, Calgary | very nice result Just received my canvas print. The result is very nice and the price was very competitive. My only complaint is that I thought I was getting something done in Halifax, NS. I was surprised when I realized the print was made in BC by KeenART Media. I\'m a bit puzzled why it\'s called \"HalifaxOnCanvas\"
KEENART: WE WILL HAVE A BRANCH IN HALIFAX IN FUTURE.
Paul Steele, Wolfville, NS | the frame looks good but... Received the frame - three points for your information.
This took 2.5 weeks to receive - in my opinion that is too long unless you indicate as such on the order
the mounting screw heads are much much too small - I have many tools - none fit your Robertson tiny heads - had to go to home depot and picked up 4x3/8 wood screws that finally worked
the mounting flanges didn't fit my frame - I had to bend them to fit - not easily done - required my vice and heavy needle nosed pliers - my print was from Walmart and so I suspect they cheaped out on the thickness of the wood in the print - but I should have been able to adapt the mounting flanges more easily
Other than that the frame looks good and works
