Shipping:
All items are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise instructed, we provide a tracking link from our web site to give you the ability to track your order through out the shipping process.
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Delivery time averages 3-5 business days for UPS Standard and 2-3 business days for UPS Expedited once your item(s) leave our facility. If you provide a valid email address when ordering, a notification email will be sent when the shipment occurs.

Returns:
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less S&H). Maximum refund of $250.00 per order.
Any returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and returned in like condition. It is recommended that you insure your return package, as we are not responsible for items being lost or damaged during return transit. We are not responsible for return shipping charges.
